Anna Marie Lore CFP® ChFC®, Owner & Manager
Born in Rhode Island and raised in California, Anna (Ann) Lore has lived in North Carolina for over twenty years. She graduated from the University of California at San Francisco with Highest Honors in Nursing. Ann’s work experience includes many years in health plan administration, with additional experience in insurance, income tax preparation, and government relations.
In addition to her certification as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Ann holds the active designation of Chartered Financial Consultant® . Ann is a graduate of Duke University’s Certificate Program in Financial Planning and is a North Carolina-licensed agent for life, health, Medicare Supplement, and long-term care insurance. She also holds a Series 65 securities license and has completed additional specific coursework in income tax preparation.
A graduate of Leadership North Carolina, Ann has been recognized as one of Raleigh News & Observer’s “Top 25 People to Watch in the Triangle” and one of the “Top 25 Women in Business” by the Triangle Business Journal. Very active in community organizations, Ann has served on the Board of Directors of the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, the North Carolina Health Insurance Innovations Commission and was a Health Benefits Committee member of the North Carolina Health Care Reform Planning Commission. She has also been a member of both the North Carolina Aeronautical Council and the Wake County SPCA Board of Directors. Ann is currently a member of various professional associations.
A resident of Wake County, Ann and her husband, Jim, live with their “pack” of rescued dogs. She is a licensed commercial and instrument-rated pilot and enjoys photography, traveling, and gardening.
